Unlimited phone and email contact - Any time during the final 2 weeks leading up to your wedding, we are here to help answer questions and give advice.

One Final Planning Meeting - In addition to initial consultation, this meeting will include a site walk-through and final wrap up meeting.
Communication with hired suppliers - 2 weeks prior to your big day, Tillyboo Weddings begins contact with
your wedding suppliers to confirm all final arrangements.
Preparation of detailed timeline and schedule - Making sure your band or DJ knows when to play your first dance without interfering with your dinner courses or when your photographer is wanting to steal you away for photos without interfering with the best man’s toast, Tillyboo Weddings will coordinate with you and your suppliers to prepare a meticulously planned timeline and schedule.
Oversight and Placement of Décor - From place cards to candles and favours to guest books, this includes oversight and placement of any and all of the items not handled by a specific supplier.
